Executive Chef John is making a few changes in 2011; he and the kitchen staff are changing the menu to bring some new choices to the lunch and dinner menus. Chef John will continue to feature some of the great dishes he and the staff prepared for you in 2010. Some of the items they are changing include: salad selections, appetizers, and main entrees for the daily specials. Also, a dessert menu will be added, which will have Crème Brule, a variety of cakes, as well as pies.
